The rest is cider produced in the UK using concentrated and imported juice. Our issue with cider made from concentrated juice is that producers are not required to say where the juice comes from. Few, if any, producers that use imported juice concentrate would publicly admit that they do. The minimum legal juice content for cider is only 35% apple juice which can be either fresh or concentrated juice. Our Mark is regulated by Kiwa Agrifoods.
